In this two-channel video, I try to visualize what the inside of my Internet algorithm looks like, while poking fun at the theory that some kind of force is watching me through my webcam and altering my recommended content. I am playing with the idea that an algorithm is a form of higher power that can determine my faith based on my current interests and actions. By curating my own system, I break the power dynamic between myself and something that is supposed to be completely mathematical.
